PURPOSE: The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) intends to purchase:
conference facilities for Stabilization Pond Seminar. Includes room rental, catering, AV equipment rental and lodging.
LOCATION: Venue must be located within 25 miles of Mankato, MN City Hall OR within 25 miles of Owatonna MN City Hall.
CONFERENCE DATE: August 12, 2025 - August 14, 2025
