Park Improvements Plan

The Hildana Park Improvements Project will consist of improvements to infrastructure, landscaping, and amenities, including new benches, trees, landscaping, new and resurfaced paths, and new public artwork, to be developed with community input. [The artwork will be designed by others in cooperation and coordination with the chosen consultant.]

The consultant shall undertake an evaluation of the existing conditions at Hildana Park in order to develop drawings and final documentation for the planned improvements. All teams must include a licensed civil engineer and a registered landscape architect.

Proposal Submission Requirements

Please submit a brief letter of proposal that includes the following:

• Proposed scope of work with a project schedule with milestones.
• List of deliverables. Please indicate additions or deletions to the list of deliverables indicated in the Scope of Work.
• Fee schedule with a not-to-exceed fee and any details you feel are necessary to explain/support your fee.
• Please include whether your company is a WBE, MBE, or SBE.
