Richland County is seeking a qualified contractor to provide labor, supervision, equipment, and incidental materials necessary to install an owner-furnished sewer bar screen system at the Alvin S. Glenn Detention Center facility. The bar screen equipment has been procured by the County and is scheduled for delivery onsite via a flatbed truck.
