Project Description: The Hillsborough County Office of Emergency Management (OEM) seeks to establish a contract with a qualified Contractor to provide call center answering service providers to manage calls related to disaster events, and to maintain year-round readiness through training and quality assurance activities. The resulting contract will be for a three (3) year period in the estimated amount of $550,000.00.
