Aircraft Launcher Interface Computer (ALIC) P/N SR-126A Power Supplies

The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division (NAWCWD), Point Mugu, CA awarded a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), sole source contract to HDL Research Lab, Inc., located at 406 W. Blue Bell Road, Brenham, TX 77833-2348. This contract is for the quantity of fifty-five (55) Power Supply units part number SR-126A, specifically designed for the Aircraft Launcher Interface Computer (ALIC). HDL is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of the SR-126A ALIC Power Supply and was certified and qualified by the USAF as the approved source supply for SR-126A Power Supply. HDL is the only source with the requisite knowledge, experience, and technical expertise to continue building the SR-126A ALIC Power Supply and the only source with the technical data package, facilities and capabilities required to manufacture the item for the Avionics program.

This acquisition was conducted on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.
