This amendment is issued to inform all interested vendors of the following changes to the solicitation:
Site Visit:
A site visit will be conducted for all interested vendors.
Date and Time: 10:00 AM on Wednesday February 25, 2026

Leeds, MA 01053
Vendors are encouraged to attend the site visit to obtain a better understanding of the requirements and scope of work. Please ensure to bring proper identification and any necessary documentation.
Extension of the cut-off date and time for receipt of questions:
Questions shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer in writing via e-mail at Juliette.buchanan@va.gov. Oral questions are not acceptable due to the possibility of misunderstanding or misinterpretation. The cut-off date and time for receipt of questions is 27-February-2026 by 4:00 PM EST. Questions received after this date and time may not be answered. Questions shall be answered in a formal amendment to the solicitation so all interested parties can see the answers.
Extension of Responses Due Date:
The due date for the submission of quotes has been extended.
New Due Date: March 11, 2026
Time: 4:00 PM EST
All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. Vendors are reminded to review all other aspects of the solicitation and consider this amendment when preparing their responses.
