2025 Emergency Services Facility Programming & Assessment Request for Proposal

Pre-proposal Conference:     December 17, 2024, at 10:00 am via City Hall/Zoom followed by a tour of the existing facilities.

Last Day for Questions:          January 6, 2025, by Noon

Delivery Deadline:                   January 14, 2025, no later than Noon

The City of Kenai is seeking a professional design consultant to provide programming

and an assessment of existing emergency service facilities and make recommendations

on space and operational needs for the Police Department, Fire Department, and

Dispatch Center.

Proposers should contact the Public Works Department at purchasing@kenai.city to be placed

on the plan holder’s list to receive addenda.

Attendance at the Pre-Proposal meeting is not mandatory but is recommended. The City will be using Zoom for telephonic and virtual access.  Registration is required to join the meeting remotely through Zoom.  Please use the following link to register:
