The Vendor shall provide all supervision, labor, tools, OSHA certification, materials, supplies, equipment, uniforms, vehicles, and transportation to provide diesel fuel to in grounds behind Beckley VAMC. Vendor shall provide all necessary resources required to accomplish the deliverables entailed within this Statement of Work (SOW) within 15 days of contract award.
