IFB 25-032 Hutchings PC Flooring Repair

The New York State Office of Mental Health is seeking bids for a flooring project at our Hutchings Psychiatric Center, located at 620 Madison Street, Syracuse, NY 13210. The detail of this project is outlined in the Scope of Work section of IFB 25-032.

Site Visit Registration Forms are due per the instructions in the IFB by Thursday, September 18, 2025, 3:00PM ET.

There is a Mandatory Site Visit on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, 10:00AM ET.

Questions regarding this solicitation are due per the instructions in the IFB by Friday, September 26, 2025, 3:00PM ET.

Questions will be accumulated by OMH, and responses will be sent to potential bidders on Wednesday, October 1, 2025.

The Q&A will also be posted to the contract reporter.

Bids are due no later than Thursday, October 9, 2025, 3:00PM ET. No late bids will be accepted.
