The United States Army Corps of Enginners (USACE) - Rock Island District has a construction requirement for Asbestos Removal and Demolition at Cassville Cottage in Cassville, WI and Asbestos Removal at Clinton County Cottage in Clinton County, IA. Additional information on the construction requirement will be included in the solicitation when released on SAM.gov.
USACE - Rock Island District intends to advertise this requirement as 100% Small Business Set-Aside utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation procedures.
A single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is anticipated to be awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable offeror.
