INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) MODOT 0000000243SL: MoDOT Statewide - Lease Tractors

This Invitation for Bid (IFB) seeks bids from qualified organizations to provide Tractors for lease to the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT). The contract period shall commence from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2029. MoDOT has the right at its sole discretion to extend the contract period for up to two (2) one-year periods or any portion thereof. MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS MOVERS, by mail through USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. If you intend to submit a hard copy bid, you must notify the buyer of record, Ashten Nichols, five (5) days before the solicitation closing date. MoDOT will not accept any bid responses by email.
