MD WIC - Investigative Research Subscription

Before a business entity can do business in the State, it must be registered with the State Department of Assessments and Taxation (SDAT).  SDAT is located at 123 Market Place Baltimore, MD 21202. For registration information, visit https://www.egov.maryland.gov/businessexpress .  A business must verify it is in good standing and does not owe any monies to the State of Maryland.  Go to https://dat.maryland.gov/Pages/default.aspx , click on "Businesses" and then "Business Entity Search" ( https://egov.maryland.gov/BusinessExpress/EntitySearch ) or call 410.767.1184 for business related questions.

It is strongly recommended that any potential Offeror complete registration prior to the Proposal due date and time. The Offeror’s failure to complete registration with SDAT may disqualify an otherwise successful Offeror from final consideration and recommendation for Contract award.

This contract is funded with federal funds, a contract may not be awarded if the business entity is debarred, suspended, or otherwise excluded from receiving or participating in Federal awards. In order to be awarded the contract resulting from this solicitation, the business entity must be active and in good standing on Sam.gov .
