It is strongly recommended that any potential Offeror complete registration prior to the Proposal due date and time. The Offeror’s failure to complete registration with SDAT may disqualify an otherwise successful Offeror from final consideration and recommendation for Contract award.
This contract is funded with federal funds, a contract may not be awarded if the business entity is debarred, suspended, or otherwise excluded from receiving or participating in Federal awards.
