LEGAL NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Priced bid proposals to prequalify Bidders for participation in a reverse auction for an
EMERGENCY MEDICAL VEHICLE will be received by the City of Olive Branch at 9200
Pigeon Roost Road, Olive Branch, Mississippi 38654 or electronically at
www.centralbidding.com until 2:00 P.M. local time on Monday, January 12, 2026, and
thereafter will be opened and publicly read. For any questions regarding electronic
submission of priced bid proposals please call Central Bidding at 225-810-4814.
An online reverse auction for prequalified bidders will be held at www.centralbidding.com
on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. local time. The owner
reserves the right to extend the reverse auction date if more time is needed to adequately
prequalify submissions received. For any questions regarding online registration or
electronic submission of reverse auction bids please call Central Bidding at 225-810-
4814.
Specifications and Contract Documents may be examined at the office of Karen McNeil,
Purchasing Manager, 9200 Pigeon Roost Road, Olive Branch, Mississippi (662/892-
9208), karen.mcneil@obms.us or at www.centralbidding.com.
Bid proposals not submitted electronically must be submitted in a sealed envelope,
addressed to the City Clerk, City of Olive Branch, 9200 Pigeon Roost Road, Olive
Branch, Mississippi 38654. Each envelope must be plainly marked on the outside as
“Emergency Medical Vehicle” and must bear on the outside the date the bid proposal
is to be opened.
The City of Olive Branch reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals or reverse
auction bids in whole or in part, with or without cause; and to accept the lowest and best
bid which in its judgment will be for the best interest of the City of Olive Branch.
