The USPTO has a need for a FedRAMP certified Software as a Sevice AI driven work and image search tool. The purpose of this Request For Information is to seek sources and vendors that are capable of meeting the requirements in the attached Statement of Work. There are two attachments associated with this Sources Sought. A Statement of Work and a Request For Information. Please read and review both documents prior to submitting your questions and your submissions. Questions are due at 12 Noon EST on December 3, 2025. Submissions are due at 12 Noon EST on December 15, 2025. All questions and submissions must be sent electronically to both Alan.Elder@uspto.gov and Sean.Dalenberg@uspto.gov.



This Request For Information/Sources Sought notice has been amended to include the vendor Q&A, as well as make edits to the attached Statement of Work and RFI document. Please review the amended docuemnts prior to submitting your responses. The word documents for the SOW and the RFI showing the revisions in tracked changes are also attached.
