*VENDORS: Please disregard note 4 and build per the call outs on the -1 version on the drawing**
Solicitation N0042126Q1004 is issued as a competitive procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a competitive basis, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 and FAR Part 13.
This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror’s initial offer should represent the vendor’s best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. Solicitation closing date/time is firm; quotes received after the deadline will not be accepted. Your quote must contain enough technical information i.e. data sheet, drawing, specification, etc. for evaluation. Your quote will only be evaluated on the information you submit. A determination by the Government not to accept the quote for not meeting the minimum requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government.
Award will be made to the vendor that submits the lowest, aggregate, firm fixed-price, competitive quote. If two or more quotes are equal, the award shall be made by drawing of lot limited to valid quotes. The drawing shall be witnessed by 3 persons, and the contract file shall contain the names and addresses of the witnesses and the person supervising the drawing.
Please submit all quotes via email to Cathleen Emmart at cathleen.m.emmart.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 4:00 PM EST on 17 October 2025 for consideration.
Please provide the following information with your response.
