Arts and Culture Plan Consulting Services

Project Description: The City of Tempe is seeking to contract with a qualified consulting firm(s) or a consultant team(s) for the development of a comprehensive Arts and Culture Plan. This plan will articulate a unified vision and strategy for the Arts and Culture Division, incorporating strategic initiatives for each of its key workgroups: Community Arts, Tempe History Museum, Tempe Center for the Arts, and Arts and Culture Marketing. Additionally, the plan should reference the Public Art Master Plan (currently in development) while ensuring cohesion with the broader arts and culture strategy. This new Arts and Culture Plan will also align with Tempe’s broader strategic objectives while addressing contemporary trends, equity, accessibility, sustainability, and economic impact.
