Summary

Round 2 has been released so vendors can clearly notate mark up percentage on parts that are needed for repairs.

The Pickaway Correctional Institution is seeking vendor support to provide as-needed repair services for institutional laundry equipment. Work will be performed on a time and materials (T&M) basis.

Project: ID 419-26-0071

The vendor shall furnish all necessary labor, diagnostic testing, tools, and materials/parts required to restore equipment to proper working condition.
• Vendor must provide on-site repair at Pickaway Correctional Institution.
• Vendor must respond to service calls within 3 business days unless otherwise scheduled.
• All labor shall be billed at the quoted hourly rate.
• All parts/materials shall be billed at cost, with any markup percentage clearly stated.
• Vendor shall provide an estimate for major repairs prior to work being completed.
• Documentation of repairs completed, parts used, and total time on site.
• Invoice itemized labor hours, parts, and any other approved charges.

• Model UT170NREF6G2W01, SN#1206042570 – Digital display not functioning; unit cannot be used.
• Model UT170NREF6G2W01, SN#1206042571 – Drum does not reverse.
• Model UT170NREFMFG6Z2W01, SN#1105027117 – Inconsistent reverse operation.
• Model UT170NDNDRQ3W-0000, SN#1906010528 – No reverse; requires new door seal.

• Model UWN160T4VQU4001, SN#1702031241 – Front hose swivel elbow leaking heavily.
• Model UWN160T4VQU4001, SN#1702027751 – Front hose swivel elbow leaking.

Total spend on this solicitation shall not exceed $15,000 for Fiscal year 2026 ( Fiscal year ends June 30th 2026)
