PCI Laundry washer and dryer repairs

Round 2 has been released so vendors can clearly notate mark up percentage on parts that are needed for repairs.

The Pickaway Correctional Institution is seeking vendor support to provide as-needed repair services for institutional laundry equipment. Work will be performed on a time and materials (T&M) basis.

The vendor shall furnish all necessary labor, diagnostic testing, tools, and materials/parts required to restore equipment to proper working condition.
• Vendor must provide on-site repair at Pickaway Correctional Institution.
• Vendor must respond to service calls within 3 business days unless otherwise scheduled.
• All labor shall be billed at the quoted hourly rate.
• All parts/materials shall be billed at cost, with any markup percentage clearly stated.
• Vendor shall provide an estimate for major repairs prior to work being completed.
• Documentation of repairs completed, parts used, and total time on site.
• Invoice itemized labor hours, parts, and any other approved charges.
The following commercial units are currently in need of repair:

• Model UWN160T4VQU4001, SN#1702031241 – Front hose swivel elbow leaking heavily.
• Model UWN160T4VQU4001, SN#1702027751 – Front hose swivel elbow leaking.
• Model UWN160T4VQU4001, SN#1601104918 – Non-operational.

Total spend on this solicitation shall not exceed $15,000 for Fiscal year 2026 ( Fiscal year ends June 30th 2026)
