This is a pre-solicitation announcement only. Solicitation documents will be available on or around February 18, 2025. The solicitation will contain all necessary proposal instructions.

This requirement is a total set-aside for eligible SDVOSB contractors and will be solicited as a tradeoff procurement.

Proposals will only be requested and accepted from certified SDVOSB contractors who are registered in SAM.GOV and Small Business Association s (SBA) Veteran Small Business Certification (VETCERT) at the time the offer is submitted and prior to award.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $45M. In accordance with (IAW) VA Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) 836.204(h), the magnitude of the project is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000.

Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21 will be issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a general construction contractor for the ICU Renovation requirement in accordance with the SOW, Specifications, and Drawings located at 4150 Clement St., San Francisco, CA 94121.

The duration of this project is approximately 420 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued.
