This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Reservoir Solar Installation Design Build, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”).

Strathcona County is a looking qualified Design-Builder to design, supply, and install a photovoltaic panel system on the existing 17th Street Water reservoir and pumphouse facility. The panel system is intended to increase the energy efficiency of the County facility and must meet all regulatory, safety, electrical environmental standards, and requirements.
