Addendum 1 has been issued to modify, clarify, explain, or correct the original specifications and to answer questions and is hereby made part of ITB No. 073T-26.
The intent of these specifications is to define performance expectations and to award a contract for mowing services on private property and public rights-of-way, including litter removal whenever required by code enforcement.
It is also intended that the contractor performs each task assigned by the Code Enforcement Department to a high standard of professionalism. The omission of specific reference to any material, equipment, or labor necessary for such a job shall not be interpreted as relieving the contractor from furnishing such materials or labor.
There is no scheduled pre-bid meetings for this ITB solicitation.

The responses will be posted after consultation with the appropriate department personnel. If the responses necessitate a significant change to the specifications, an addendum will be issued.
The City of Irving strongly encourages bidders to submit their response to this bid electronically. Please call the individual listed on the bid if you require assistance with this submittal.
