The Greater Dayton Regional Transit Authority (RTA) is soliciting bids for Sprinkler System Periodic Testing, Inspections & Maintenance .

Background

This contract provides for Fire Sprinkler System Periodic Testing and Inspection at all RTA Facilities and corrective maintenance required for completion of testing or to bring the system into regulatory compliance. Bidders shall provide an hourly rate and trip charge, if applicable, for the corrective maintenance, for each year of the contract. The bid form also includes a percentage markup for parts.
