This request is for Mr. Gilberts Media Arts classroom.

We're creating a second round to acquire more responses. This will be the 3rd and Final round issued for this Soliciaition in attempt to recieve the minimum amount of quotes required to meet an MBE set-aside purchase. This soliciation will end on 9/23/2025.

Purpose: This solicitation is to award a purchase order to a supplier who can supply a vertical wall printer/ mural painting machine for the Ohio Department of Youth Services (ODYS) Circleville Juvenile Correctional Facility (CJCF).

Deliveries will take place during normal working hours Monday - Friday between 8:00 am – 4:00 pm (EST).

1 x Vertical Wall Printer

Must meet the following minimum specifications:

• 2 ultrasonic sensors

• Wheel and track system with bidirectional operation

• Capable of 720 x 2280 resolution printing

• Equipped with VSDT variable ink drop technology for precision printing

• Eeuipped with a 12” screen and operating systems

• Wi-Fi capabilities

• Software supports EPS, JPEG, JPG, PSD, & TIFF formats.

• Software allows for unlimited print Height & Width

• Software allows for variable printing speeds.

• Prints on white, dark or colored surfaces.

• Prints on various surfaces such as; metal, plastic, drywall, tile, brick, vinyl, concrete, epoxy, canvas, stucco, glass, carpet tiles, metal grating and painted surfaces

1 x Accessory Kit which may provide width/ height expansions (optional)

This solicitation will be awarded based on the lowest quote for the entire bid and the most responsive and responsible bidder to include delivery, setup, and warranty if applicable.
