Description
Employment and Social Development Canada requires the services of one Senior Level Change management consultant to support all change management planning and execution activities related to the Departmental Accounts Receivable System Archiving Project. While the internal Organizational Change Management team will lead and retain overall accountability for the change management strategy and outcomes, the consultant will play a key supporting role. This includes contributing expertise and producing specific deliverables aligned with the full lifecycle of change management as defined by the ADKAR methodology. The consultant’s support will help ensure effective stakeholder engagement, adoption, and sustained benefits throughout the transformation.
The estimated contract period will be 28 month(s).
