Project Description: Chatham County is requesting qualification proposals from qualified firms to update the existing Stormwater Watershed Study for the Red Gate drainage basin. This project will be funded through a combination of an EPA Community Grant and local fundings. The County presents this "Request for Proposals - Quality Based Selection" (QBS) to describe its needs and those criteria which will be used to determine selection of services.
