All surplus property is in the basement of the Sudbury Town Hall, 322 Concord Road and the Alan F. Flynn Building, 278 Old Sudbury Road, Sudbury, MA respectively. The Town Hall basement is at ground level and the Alan F. Flynn Building has an elevator that can be used for this project
