Description

This is a Sources Sought announcement issued solely for market research purposes under FAR Part 10. This is not a solicitation and does not commit the Government to issue a solicitation or award a contract.

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is conducting market research to identify small and/or large business concerns capable of providing historical fixed-income securities data for corporate issuers, on a web-accessible research platform that enables the data to be retrieved and analyzed. Attachment 1 – Draft SOW details the work to be performed. The SEC prefers a Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) subscription product. The SEC is not seeking a subscription product that requires development.

The Government intends to use responses to determine whether this acquisition can be set aside for small business and to assist in acquisition strategy development.
