The District desires to procure a supplier for the purchase and delivery of commercial quality liquid aluminum sulfate (17% Al2O3 dry basis), that meets or exceeds American National Standards Institute (ANSI)/American Water Works Association (AWWA) Standard B403-09, and deliver in liquid bulk, chemical tank truck loads (approximately 4,500 gal. wet, 12-13 tons dry) on an “as needed” basis.
