NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD LIMITED SOURCE

Project Title: Data Transfer Module II (DTM II) Removable Memory Modules (DRMM) – Air Force Life Cycle Management Center F-15 Division (AFLCMC)

General Services Administration hereby submits a notice of intent to award a limited source firm-fixed price contract for the Data Transfer Module II (DTM II) Removable Memory Modules (DRMM) to Printed Circuit Corp. 5295 Webb PKWY NW Lilburn, Georgia 30047-5942 on behalf of the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center F-15 Division.

The proposed procurement is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only these sources under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 as there is only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, any interested party that believes it can meet the DRMM requirement described herein may provide a response and provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement. All responses received in writing by June 30, 2025, will be considered by the Government. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the supplies outlined in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a full and open competitive procurement.

The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
