BFSU Oral Surgeon

This is a Special Notice that the Billings Area Indian Health Service (IHS), Blackfeet Service Unit is awarding a non-competitive, sole source contract to James Jerman of Great Montana Oral Surgery for the continued Oral Surgeon services for the Blackfeet Service Unit. Authorized per FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements; FAR Part 8, Required sources of supplies and services. This will allow uninterrupted Oral Surgery Services for the Blackfeet Service Unit in support of direct patient care. Period of Performance for this contract is for 07/01/2025 – 06/30/2026. The services will be two (2) days per month.

This is not a request for quotations. No solicitation package is available. Any response to this notice must be received by 6/19/2025. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
