RFP #26-008: JOC Pools for GCs and Trades

Project Description: Tarrant County College (TCC) is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors to provide job order contracting services across multiple trades to perform miscellaneous minor construction repair services. TCC intends to award this work through Job Order Contracts as outlined in Section 2269, subchapter I, of the Texas Education Code, (see Appendix A). This RFP is intended to establish a pool of contractors capable of delivering timely, high-quality maintenance, repair, renovation, and minor construction services to support campus operations. TCC, a premier educational institution serving the greater Tarrant County region, is committed to maintaining safe, functional, and welcoming facilities for students, faculty, and staff. The job order contracting approach enables the college to respond efficiently to a wide range of service needs through pre-qualified, reliable partners.
