Description
Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will provide a Passenger Information System for Campus Transit to Augusta University (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP.
Augusta University, a member of the University System of Georgia is seeking qualified vendors for a primarily fixed route passenger information system with future capabilities for On-Demand ride services within a designated geofenced area. Please note, Augusta University is affiliated with a large medical center, but this RFP is only for the university campus operations.
Augusta University, at its option, may invite the top scoring firms to present their proposal to the Evaluation Committee.
