Program Review and Instructional Assessment Software

Project Description: The College is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a secure, modern, cloud-based Program Review and Instructional Assessment Management Software solution that supports the end-to-end Program review and instructional assessment lifecycle across academic and instructional programs. The solution must enable consistent, efficient, and transparent collection, review, analysis, and reporting of program-level data in support of institutional effectiveness, accreditation, and state and statutory requirements The proposed solution should support program review and instructional assessment activities for faculty, academic leaders, and administrators, while also enabling appropriate access for institutional research, accreditation, and compliance functions. The system must be scalable, configurable, and capable of supporting diverse program structures, review cycles, and governance models across the College. The vendor should work in collaboration with our organizational transformation team to provide training and adoption support to faculty and staff on the use of the tool, as work with our IT department through security review, configuration, installation, and testing, as well as provide ongoing technical support. Vendor is expected to address requirements relating to accessibility, data security and privacy, including compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as WCAG and FERPA. The timeline for implementation should be included in the RFP response, as well as the projected cost associated with providing these services.
