The Department of General Services (DGS) through its Division of Facilities Management (DFM) oversees the maintenance of 400+ County-owned and Countyleased facilities. DGS’ intent is to retain an Emergency/Electric Generator Contractor to provide inspection, testing, minor/major repair, modifications of specified or other associated equipment, in order to keep the generator sets operation equal to the performance standards as designed by the original equipment manufacturer. The work will be divided into three general categories: (A) Quarterly Inspection, Testing, and Minor Repairs; (B) Additional Work for Major Repairs and Modifications; and (C) Emergency Services.
