The City of Weatherford, Texas, is accepting responses from qualified engineering consultants for master planning and pre-design services for a project known as the City of Weatherford Active Transportation Plan (project), CSJ 0902-38-152 .
Weatherford received a grant funding commitment through the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) for the project through the Transportation Alternatives Set-Aside Program . The project is a joint effort by the City and TxDOT and is being developed to improve safety and connectivity for bicycle and pedestrian access across the city.
The full request for proposal (RFP) for this project will be available on-line through the CivCast website at http://civcastusa.com. You can search for the project by name, county, or RFP number. It is the downloader’s responsibility to determine that a complete set of documents, as defined in the Instructions, are received.
Offerors shall submit qualifications statements to City of Weatherford Purchasing Department, 303 Palo PintoStreet, Weatherford, Texas 76086 prior t o 2:00pm CST on Wednesday, 04 March 2025 . Late statements will not be accepted. Each firm is responsible for ensuring responses to this RFP have been delivered by the date, time, and location specified in adherence to the full RFP document. Offerors are responsible for ensuring all answers to questions are reviewed prior to submittal. Except for the submission of written questions or in response to requests or inquiries by the City, firms shall refrain from contacting members of the Selection committee, City officials, consultants, or other staff with respect to the RFP selection process.
