Juliet, Tennessee (“City”) is pleased to invite qualified development teams to submit proposals for the Purchase and Mixed-Use Development of approximately 8 acres of City-owned property. This site is designated for the creation of a defined downtown district that will serve as Mt. Juliet’s vibrant city center. The City’s vision for this project is a high-quality, pedestrian-oriented downtown with a timeless architectural character, a mix of uses (commercial, retail, residential, and civic), and public spaces that will become the heart of community life.
