(RFP) Customer Emergency Remediation Services

This contract is executed between JEA and the Company to perform emergency response, assessment, and remediation services for incidents involving sewage backups, water overflows, and other events that present an immediate public health or safety hazard. The purpose of this work is to protect occupants from exposure to hazardous conditions and to restore affected areas to a safe and sanitary condition. Appendix B - Response Workbook represents estimated annual quantity and is to be used as a guideline and not a guarantee of work. The work will be scheduled on an as-needed basis. The following specifications are not intended to supersede Federal, State, or local regulations to which the Company must comply; nor are they intended to supersede or contradict content in the contract documents between JEA and the Contractor.
