Description:
The County of Los Angeles Department of Beaches and Harbors is seeking qualified and experienced Vendors to enter into Master Agreements to provide as-needed hazardous waste removal services within County of Los Angeles. The selection of Vendors will be based on the qualifications of the firms that submit proposals.

Vendors submitting Statement of Qualifications (SOQs) must have and be able to demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years’ continuous experience in the removal of hazardous materials for public and/or private sector entities. The County may require additional minimum qualifications. The deadline for submitting SOQs will be 5:00 p.m., July 23, 2026, however, County will continuously accept SOQ’s throughout the duration of the Master Agreement.
