PROJECT NAME: COE & TULLY BRIDGES
BID NUMBER: 26-03
Lincoln County is proposing to repair and reconstruct the existing Coe Bridge at Coe Canyon
Road off County Road E 106 and Tully Bridge on County Road E-003. The scope of the project
includes repair and sealing deck, rebuild and armor abutment slopes, remove fencing crossing
over waterway and attached guardrail, fill voids at abutment, and install signposts to control
heavy truck access.
Bids will be accepted for this project on behalf of Lincoln County. Bids must be submitted in
both hard copy and PDF (via USB). Bids must be received with a time stamp by Thursday, July
16, 2026, no later than 10:00 a.m. (MDT).

The Bids received will be considered by Lincoln County at its next regular meeting or at a special
meeting as may be required. Bidders will be deemed non-responsive if the Bids are received
after the bid date.

It is unlawful for the state or any of its political subdivisions to engage in the construction of
any public work involving engineering unless the engineering is under the responsible charge
of a licensed professional engineer.
Public Works Projects estimated $100,000 or more shall be stamped by a Registered
Professional Engineer.
