at which time they will be publicly opened and read. Bid forms are available on the City’s website, www.springfieldcityhall.com on September 8, 2026, under the “Available Solicitations” tab.

The Springfield Fire Department is seeking to obtain a Price Agreement for Pierce Parts and Services. The estimated value of the contract awarded is not to exceed 350,000.00 per year. The initial term of the contract awarded is One (1) year in length, and the City will retain Two (2) one-year in length renewal options. This bid is subject to M.G.L. c.30B § 5.

The City of Springfield supports the goal of twenty percent minority and women participation in all contracts. All questions regarding bid or its specifications must be received by the Office of Procurement no later than September 21, 2026 by 4:30 P.M. to Carol Teixeira-Dragon at ct-dragon@springfieldcityhall.com. The Chief Procurement Officer/Designee reserves the right to waive any informality and to reject any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
