PMD Job Order Contract

Project Description: NOTICE TO OFFERORS
Request for Proposals for Job Order Contract (JOC) Services for facility improvements will be received by the Architectural Services Manager, Facilities Management Division, Property Management Department, City of Fort Worth located at 100 Fort Worth Trail, Fort Worth, Texas 76102. The proposal must be received not later than 2:00 PM on Thursday, August 6, 2026, via the Bonfire website accessed by logging into:
https://fortworthtexas.bonfirehub.com/login.
Written questions may be submitted via the Bonfire portal. The deadline to submit questions is close of business on Tuesday immediately prior to the date SOQs are due. Questions will not be answered directly and if any answer is forthcoming, it shall be summarized so as to not reveal the identity of the entity asking and provided to registered interested parties via addendum, which shall also be posted in Bonfire. The last day for questions from prospective Offerors will be by 5:00 PM on Thursday, July 28, 2026.
A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, July 17, 2026 at the City Hall Conference Room at 100 Fort Worth Trail, Mezzanine Floor, Room 5.
The initial JOC Services agreement will be for two years with options to renew for three additional one-year periods at the City’s option. The maximum value of any Job Order will be approximately $500,000.00. The minimum value of any Job Order will be approximately in the $2,500.00 range. The aggregate amount of the Job Orders in an individual year will not exceed $3,000,000.00 without authorization from the City Council.
