Project Description: The project includes construction of site civil improvements for a ±17.6-acre tract located west of Teel
Parkway and north of Fields Parkway in Frisco, Texas, “Teel Parkway Parking Addition (Between Teel
Parkway, Fields Parkway, and Little Ranch Road).” The work includes parking and paving modifications,
including grading, paving and striping, and erosion control measures. All improvements are limited to onsite
work within the property boundaries and are intended to be constructed in a single phase.
