The City of North Augusta is requesting quotes from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive sound reinforcement, lighting production, and production management services for the stage at the upcoming Fall Concert Series on September 12, October 10 and November 14. Staging is provided by the City.  The riders for each band are attached to this bid.

Stage & Technical Specs:

  • Stage Type: Eurostage ES 2620 mobile stage (provided by the City)

Scope of Work & Requirements:

  • Audio & Sound Reinforcement: Provide complete outdoor live sound system engineering suitable for concert performance and national/regional touring act rider fulfillment.

  • Lighting & Rigging: Provide full stage lighting package, rig setup, dynamic lighting operation, and integration with the mobile stage structure.

  • Production Management & Staffing: Provide on-site technical management, system engineers, FOH sound operators, monitor technicians, and setup/teardown labor.

  • Power & Infrastructure: Handle all complete power management, power distribution, equipment delivery, setup, and site tear-down.

Vendor Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bidding vendors must have demonstrated experience integrating audio and lighting systems with a Eurostage ES 2620 mobile stage.

  • Bidding vendors must have proven experience working with national/regional recording artists.

  • Bidding vendors must possess or obtain a valid City of North Augusta Business License once the contract is awarded.

  • Vendors must carry active Workers' Compensation insurance.

  • Vendors must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming the City of North Augusta as a certificate holder and additional insured.
