Project Description: Bids for the complete work in one general contract shall be made on the electronic forms provided for all materials, equipment and labor for the construction of: Construction of the Hypochlorite Generation and Feed
System at the Clarks Hill Water Treatment Plant including Hypochlorite Generation Building, Bulk Chemical Storage Area, site work, piping modifications, electrical, SCADA, and all other related work and appurtenances.
