New Public Safety Building Bid II Bid No: 062226-PSB Bid II Read details.Addendum Responses: 062226_PSB_II_RFI_Master_Log_ 062226_PSB_II_Bid_Document_Official_ 062226_PSB_Bid_II_Re-release_Prev_Wage_Rates_ 062226_PSB_II_Washington_County_Public_Safety_Site_Geotechnical_Report Pre-Bid Meeting (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing) - 11:00AM - June 16th 2026, 95 W Beau Street, G-16, G-Level Conference Room, Washington PA 15301 NOTICE OF BID RE-ISSUANCE (June 10 th , 2026) Notice is hereby given that Washington County will be accepting submissions for bid #062226-PSB II (Sections .1-.4) for the Construction of the “Washington County Public Safety Building”, at the office of the Washington County Controller - 95 W Beau Street, Suite 430, Washington PA 15301, on Tuesday, July 7 th 2026 with a bid deadline of 11:00A.M, submissions are required to be received prior to this deadline as either mailed or delivered. All submissions shall contain one unbound, unstapled original and three copies. A public bid opening will occur immediately thereafter with names and bid total pricing to be read aloud by section. Late submissions are not accepted. Pricing will be read aloud by each individual discipline indicated below and with the intention of making four bid awards, one for each section to the lowest, most responsive and responsible bidder. These bids shall be for the construction of the new Public Safety Building according to specifications, drawings, bid documents and all addenda in their entirety. The submitting vendor should be fully qualified, experienced and insured in professionally completing projects of similar scale and scope within their multiple prime discipline. The project will be bid as multiple-prime in the following disciplines:
Owner contacts for the project are as follows and all requests for drawings, communications, intent to submit, RFI’s and inquiries should be sent in written or emailed form to all of the below in a single correspondence: Washington County Owner’s Representative: msgorman@naiburnsscalo.com , the Washington County Project Manager: joseph.bendik@washcopa.gov , and the Washington County Purchasing Team: randy.vankirk@washcopa.gov – dalton.thompson@washcopa.gov . Interested parties may email written requests for information/clarification (RFI’s) to the Washington County project team as listed above. All such requests are due to be received no later than 3:00PM on June 19 th , 2026. Inquiries will not be accepted orally or via phone. Vendors receiving documents are responsible for checking for updates and addenda with the contacts above. All schedule updates will be posted at the Washington County website for review at www.washingtoncopa.gov/purchasing . All bids must be in the format requested and must comply with all applicable laws, regulations and specifications. Bidders shall submit their bid accompanied by cash, certified check, cashier’s check, bank good faith check, other irrevocable letter of credit or bid bond security in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount and made payable to the order of “Washington County.” Washington County will not be held responsible for any incorrect information obtained from any source other than from Washington County. Bid offers should be fully enforceable with valid pricing for a minimum of 30 days following the bid opening and the Washington County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bid offers.
