1. PURPOSE:
This Invitation for Bid 6100066253 will be for the purchase of one (1) new and
unused 2026 Full Size Deluxe Sport Utility for the Bureau of Vehicle
Management (BVM). No substitutions will be accepted.
2. METHOD OF AWARD:
It is the intent of the Commonwealth to make a single award of item(s) listed in
the IFB to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The Commonwealth
Reserves the right to award by line item if it determines that it is in the best
interest of the Commonwealth to do so.
3. REQUIREMENTS:
All bids must be submitted electronically through the state’s designated
procurement portal.
The following documents must be returned with the Suppliers Bid. Failure to
submit any of the documentation listed below may result in the bid being
rejected.
1. Letter of Authorized/Franchised dealer representing the manufacturer of
Vehicles offered to the Commonwealth.
