Request for Proposals for King Road Improvements

Project Description: The City of Milwaukie is seeking competitive proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for paving, curbs, asphalt paths, medians, curb ramps, signing, striping, RRFBS, water, stormwater, and landscaping improvements on King Road. Contractors will be evaluated based on the best value to the City, where both qualifications and cost are considered. THIS SOLICITATION IS NOT A LOW-BID AWARD. The project work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in the specifications.

A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held online via Microsoft Teams at 10:00 a.m. PDT on Thursday, July 24, 2025.
Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Procurement Portal. Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. PDT, on Thursday, August 7, 2025, for the purpose of selecting a proposer based on qualifications and cost. Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
