RFP CP 27-02 Strategic Planning and Visioning Services

The project consists of two complementary but distinct planning efforts.  Vision 2045 will be a community-driven, long-range vision for the City.  Through broad and inclusive engagement, the process will identifiy shared aspirations for what the community should become over the next 20 years and establish themes and principals to help guide future decision-making.  The Strategic Action Plan will be a three-to-five year organizational roadmap for the City government.  It will translate relevant elements of the long-term vision, together with the priorities of the Mayor and Council, organizational needs, available resources, and existing commitments, into a limited number of of actionable priorities with defiined outcomes, responsibilities, timeframes, and measure of success.
