The Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP) invites prospective bidders to review and respond to the attached Invitation for Bids (IFB) Number #24C360005 entitled, CHP Santa Rosa Area office ¿ Lobby Enclosure Ballistic Glass Panel Replacement Services. When preparing and submitting a bid, compliance with the instructions found herein is imperative.
II. Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) Participation Requirements
California Law Requires Disabled Veterans Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation. All bidders for this solicitation, must meet the minimum DVBE participation requirement of 5%.
